A rich buffet breakfast can be enjoyed in the mornings at the restaurant. Facilities at the Empire Palace include a tour desk and car hire. The hotel can also arrange airport transfers upon request.

The hotel is situated opposite Gülhane Park and Topkapi Palace. The Hagia Sophia and Egyptian Spice Bazaar are within 500 m of the hotel. Istanbul Airport is 52 km from the property.
