My developer is trying to convince me to move to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the expenses. But he's tryiong none the less. I've been using Movable-type on various websites for about a year and am worried about switching to another platform. I have heard fantastic things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I can import all my wordpress content into it? Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated!

I believe that avoiding highly processed foods could be the first step in order to lose weight. They will taste good, but highly processed foods currently have very little nutritional value, making you take in more simply to have enough vitality to get throughout the day. If you're constantly eating these foods, moving over to grain and other complex carbohydrates will aid you to have more strength while ingesting less. Interesting blog post.
